YMT

As an RMT I am grateful for my ability to improve the quality of life for my clients whether it be reducing or eliminating chronic or acute pain, increasing range of motion for better functionality or athletic performance, reduction of tension and stress or working through other areas of concern.

I specialize in treating postural dysfunction and related tension, rehabilitating chronic injuries, headaches, nerve compression syndromes, prenatal and athletic massage.

I often use a combination of deeper Swedish techniques, myofascial, Trigger Point treatment, joint mobilizations and stretch.

As a graduate of the acclaimed Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic, I am also a member in good standing with the Collage of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario.
