Have you ever wished that your partner, friend or family member could massage you at the right spot with the right amount of pressure when you needed it? Now they can! These in-depth workshops focus on the massage types you prefer, helping each partner to understand the art of massage.
Couples Massage Workshop 1
Massage is great for relaxation & decrease muscle tensions. We will teach you how to give & receive a relaxation massage on back, neck shoulders & head.
Couples Massage Workshop 2
You can take this before Couples Massage Workshop 2. We will show you how to give & receive a relaxation massage on arms, hands, feet, legs & gluts.
The couples workshops range from a small group of 1 to 3 couples. Your instructor will teach you how to receive and give a 45 minutes massage. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early and prepare to stay for 2 hours. You must not have any contraindications.
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Just yourself and your partner, please arrive 10 minutes earlier to fill out a health history form if it's your first visit. And remember, you partner can be any- romantic, friend or family member!
Q: What should I wear?
A: For shiatsu workshop, please wear loose comfortable clothing. For Swedish workshop, the person on table can undress to underpants, draping is used to maintain privacy.
