What is Dietary Therapy?

Eastern cultural wisdom believes that nature offers a complete spectrum of nutrients that are inexpensive, safe, and able to counter disease.

Chinese dietary therapy is an extension of Chinese herbal therapy, as they share the same philosophy and practice. The focus of dietary therapy is to reclaim and preserve our day-to-day health using combinations of different foods, fruits and vegetables that are easily accessible. It is used to prevent diseases and to treat common health problems at home.
